When will my item be shipped?
Due to the fact all items are made to order all order are shipped out the Saturday after order is placed or 7-10 business days after. Shipping is done through the United States Postal Services (USPS) and a tracking number will be provided to you after all items are shipped off.

Can you make custom jewelry?

A Paypal invoice will be sent to you along with a photo of finish piece before item is shipped.
Invoice must be paid in full in advance before item is shipped.
*PLEASE NOTE I WILL NOT COPY ANOTHER ARTIST'S WORK. FOR YOUR CUSTOM PIECE.

Do you ship international?

Do you do returns?
Yes but here are the stipulations.
In order for a return to be completed it must be sent back within 10 days of purchase, in original packaging undamaged in any way.
The cost of return will be handled at the expense of the customer. Before returning please email wiresbypq@gmail.com
